| Jamaican
born vocalist Bim Sherman (Jarrett
Tomlinson) can be considered an example for
many independent artists. Throughout his carrier,
he financed most of his own releases
ensuring his independency and control over
his own works.
In this video, which was originally
released as a promo from the On-U label that
the album was produced for, Bim Sherman is
interviewed. The video also contains
interviews with Adrian Sherwood and Massive
Attack's Shara Nelson.
Opening up with a session wherein Bim
sings with guitar and percussion, the
video's introduction gives a good picture of
the very special vibes in his voice. The
special vibes are enhanced in the album, and
so they went to India to have a complete
string orchestra play some stuff.
