Misty In Roots is a very special kind of
band. They started in the 1970's as a UK
based roots band, and their live album
"Live at  Countervision"
has reached a status. Another recording from
a concert in Sweden is much sought after in
circles of collectors.
They also released a couple of studio
albums, but their name as a perfect live
band is the predominant factor. Misty in
Roots is indeed a very good live band, as
this  performance
at the German Chiemsee festival shows once
again.
The band is not only good at performing
music at concerts, they also reveal their
motivation in just  about
every song they do. Misty in Roots is a
group of conscious Rastafarians who use
their music to spread a message to the
people.
