to the accompanying notes, this concert was
held in Wales, for "a limited
audience". So, whether this was like a
private party or not, we don't really know.
We also don't know if this was the end of
the concert, although it seems to be the
last one.
But that doesn't matter anymore, since
the whole world can enjoy it not, too: here is
Aswad, one of the top UK Reggae bands. They
have been going strong since the 1970's, and
even though they have moved to a more
commercial sound throughout the years, they
definitely know how to play a good Reggae
riddim.
In this video, they play a cover of the
well known Toots and the Maytalls track
5446. A full band is there, the crowd goes
wild, and so do the musicians!
