| MACKA B - WHEN THE RACIST COMES
(LIVE, 1998) |
| From
the man who brought us the phrase
"Roots Ragga", here's a recording
from a 1998 performance with the Robotiks
and the Mad Professor. In a heavy style and
with words that can't be misinterpreted,
Macka B chants down racism while the band
and the crowd agree wholeheartedly.

| BUNNY
WAILER LIVE @ MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, 1986
(13 TRACKS) |
| The year is 1986, and the location is
Madison Square Garden, somewhere in the USA.
Bunny is strong as ever, as he performs his
"two sides": one set filled with
Roots Rockers, the other one with material
from Rock 'n' Groove and other dancehall/rub
a dub albums.

| GREGORY
ISAACS - TUNE IN (1978) |
| In
this rather rare clip, we can see a rather
young Gregory Isaacs as he performs for what
seems to be a television show. The kind of
material that most Reggae fans throughout
the world were not privy to see, as there
was no Internet Video back then.

| JOHNNY
CLARKE - JUST CALL ME AFRICAN ROOTS |
| Brilliant
performance, in great sound and sight
quality: Johnny Clarke performing one of his
classics on the UK based Jools Holland TV
Show. A great band backs him, while a
professional crew records everything on
video.

| ASWAD LIVE IN WALES, 1980'S |
| According
to the accompanying notes, this concert was
held in Wales, for "a limited
audience".
Here is
Aswad, one of the top UK Reggae bands. In this video, they play a cover of the
well known Toots and the Maytalls track
5446. A full band is there, the crowd goes
wild, and so do the musicians!
