When the Dubroom published a review in September
2007 about the video "Rent A Rasta",
this page was added as a supplement to that
review. It contained an embedded Google Video of
the reviewed material.
The aftermath of the review uncovered loads of
background information, that surfaced on the
Dubroom Message Boards and put the video in a
different spotlight.
In the same time, the Dubroom received an email
from the producer of the video, after which a
short correspondence followed in which he stated
he would spread a rumor that the Dubroom or
someone in connection with the Dubroom actually
uploaded what he called a "pirated copy"
to Google Video.
This very strange behavior of said producer
caused us to change the contents of this page with
the information you just read. If you want to
check out the video before you buy it, or if you
have not enough money to buy it but want to see
the video nevertheless, you now know that the
producer of the video doesn't want you to be able
to do so. Especially not on the Dubroom, apparently,
maybe because our Message Boards may just uncover
extra information?
